We filed the claim against Valve Corporation, owners of Steam, on 5 June 2024 to seek £656 million in compensation for overcharging 14 million PC gamers and abusing its dominant position in the UK.

The next big milestone will be to seek permission from the Competition Appeal Tribunal to proceed the claim to trial. I will also be seeking permission to represent UK gamers in this claim. This hearing will take place on 14 October 2025.
